Are your caravan days coming to an end? or perhaps you are looking to upgrade.

Pooh Cottage is here to assist with a stress free sale of your caravan. We are specialists in acting as brokers, connecting sellers with potential buyers and ensuring a hassle free transaction.

We will arrange advertising, field calls, viewings and deal with all the paperwork, whilst keeping you updated at every stage. All you need to do is sit back and wait for the price you want for your caravan. The best bit… your caravan will be presented for viewings on our designated sales pitch on a prime position on our campsite. If that’s not enough, you can enjoy 6 months free storage whilst your caravan is up for sale plus, subject to availability, buyers have the opportunity to keep their new caravan here at Pooh Cottage on one of our seasonal pitches.

How it works at a glance!

1. You know your caravan best. Provide us with as much detail as possible including specification info model, year, make, service history, number of berth, layout, and any extras (motor mover, covers, hitch locks, awnings)

2. We will review all the information you have provided along with the condition of your caravan and determine the best market value.

3. The next step is for you to bring your caravan to us along with all the relevant paperwork including CRIS documents, previous service information and manufacturers warranty’s etc . We may be able to arrange local collections at an extra charge.

3. We will arrange a service for your caravan if required, with an approved mobile leisure technician and clean your caravan to ensure its looking its best. (this may include extra charges)

4. Your caravan is then ready for advertising and viewings once both parties have signed our brokerage forms.

All of this for just a 10% plus VAT brokerage fee.
