Have stayed at this campsite twice now and really love it.  Great quiet site right on the edge of the cycle path into Exmouth.  Great pub down the road and also a little vineyard.  Towns nearby accessible by bike.  Fantastic staff and great friendly atmosphere plus amazing facilities.  One we will definitely  use again and again.

My boyfriend and I camped here over the weekend and it was lovely. The location is great it’s a 20 min walk (mostly downhill) to the beach. We camped in eeyores paddock with a tent and the pitch was nice and large and very flat which was great. The toilets and facilities are the best I’ve ever seen for a campsite. It was lovely and quiet. ( a quieter campsite, so less for loud groups) it was a little on the expensive side but worth it for the great facilities and pitches. Booked Pooh Cottage Holiday Park a few months ago, in anticipation for my annual camp.  Great location, 10min walk into Budliegh.  Loads of room for our pitch.  Shower rooms, fantastic.  Staff very friendly and professional.  Thanks for a good overnight stay.

Was cycling through the area using NCN-2, which passes directly next to the campsite. The owner was lovely to us, and showed us around immediately. they have a designated area for bikers and hikers which i really appreciated although the area is small so i can see that it may get crowded if several groups arrive at the same time. the facilities are incredible with lovely showers and toilets and a very convenient location for anyone using NCN-2.

May 2026. Very quiet campsite that has a 1-mile (flatish) walk to Budleigh Salterton. Very nice toilet/ shower cubicles and of course very informative and friendly staff. We stayed on Eyeors Paddock, pitch 3, which is level and grass. Dog walks are off site including the Budliegh - Exmouth Cycleway (shared path).

We hadn't stayed at this campsite before, but are really glad we did. It's a beautiful and peaceful site, which is immaculately kept. Every aspect from the reception to the layout of the pitches was perfect. We were greeted by Barry, who gave us the rundown of the site, bus service timetables, and the cycle path at the bottom of the lane. Our gravel pitch was large and level, which is always a bonus. The shower block is one of the best I've seen, as there are lots of private rooms, with a toilet and shower. Lots of space to hang your clothes etc. although it is child friendly and has a play park, we did enjoy the sunshine in the peace and quiet, enjoy a nice read and a glass of wine. I stayed in my tent while walking the south west coast path. Excellent facilities and very clean. Kind owners - above and beyond!
