Our immaculately kept caravan site provides the perfect place to relax unwind and recharge or an ideally situated base to explore. Whether its rock pool rambling at our local beaches Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth & Exmouth, crab sandwiches in Beer or a cream tea the Devon way in the traditional village of Otterton there is something that everyone will enjoy.

We have 4 spacious fully-serviced, hard standing level pitches for single or twin axle touring caravans and motorhomes , which include 16 amp electric, grey water drain, mains water taps, free Wi-Fi, and a luxury modern shower block, laundry, freezer & electric vehicle car charging point it is home from home!

Touring Pitches On Pooh's Field

Our prices are based on up to 2 adults per pitch per night with an awning and 1 accompanying car. The pitch cost is inclusive of amenities in our customer facilities building. There are no hidden costs for awnings or showers.

Pooh Cottage is pet friendly as us about the endless local dog walks right on our doorstep. Children will also be kept entertained with our play area or hide and seek in our beautiful woodland.

  A lovely site with great facilities and perfect for walking into Budleigh Salterton and onto coastal paths. The  Dog and Donkey pub is just down the road- safely walkable. There are buses to Sidmouth and Exmouth from Knowle Corner and Budleigh so exploring is easy.

  So campervan stay so can't comment on rooms.  Lovely little site 30 minute walk to coast.  Good size pitches fully serviced nice and quiet toilets and showers kept lovely and clean apart from the odd guest who can't be bothered to clean up after themselves.   Have stayed at this campsite twice now and really love it.  Great quiet site right on the edge of the cycle path into Exmouth.  Great pub down the road and also a little vineyard.  Towns nearby accessible by bike.  Fantastic staff and great friendly atmosphere plus amazing facilities.  One we will definitely  use again and again.

  My boyfriend and I camped here over the weekend and it was lovely. The location is great it’s a 20 min walk (mostly downhill) to the beach. We camped in eeyores paddock with a tent and the pitch was nice and large and very flat which was great. The toilets and facilities are the best I’ve ever seen for a campsite. It was lovely and quiet. ( a quieter campsite, so less for loud groups) it was a little on the expensive side but worth it for the great facilities and pitches. Kev was very friendly and told us about the local area

  Booked Pooh Cottage Holiday Park a few months ago, in anticipation for my annual camp.  Great location, 10min walk into Budliegh.  Loads of room for our pitch.  Shower rooms, fantastic.  Staff very friendly and professional.  Thanks for a good overnight stay.

  Was cycling through the area using NCN-2, which passes directly next to the campsite. The owner was lovely to us, and showed us around immediately. they have a designated area for bikers and hikers which i really appreciated although the area is small so i can see that it may get crowded if several groups arrive at the same time. the facilities are incredible with lovely showers and toilets and a very convenient location for anyone using NCN-2.

  May 2026. Very quiet campsite that has a 1-mile (flatish) walk to Budleigh Salterton. Very nice toilet/ shower cubicles and of course very informative and friendly staff. We stayed on Eyeors Paddock, pitch 3, which is level and grass. Dog walks are off site including the Budliegh - Exmouth Cycleway (shared path).
